Privacy

This privacy statement applies to all business processes for Christer Invest AS (LoveC.no), hereinafter called LoveC. 

The statement provide the information regarding data processing. 

The processing of personal data is necessary so that we can fulfil our contractual obligations and serve you as a customer. Personal data may also be used for the following purposes: Sales, contact with customer service, marketing, information, bookkeeping.

When marketing by e-mail / sms, we obtain explicit consent in advance.

By providing us with your personal information, you agree to the practices and terms described in this Privacy Policy.
If you have objections with regard to our processing of privacy, you also have the opportunity to complain to the Norwegian Data Inspectorate.

Information Collected
Information can be recorded and stored when you register on www.LoveC.uk, when you are in contact with sales and support either by e-mail, chat or when using our services.

Where do we store information about you – and where do we share information about you with others?
Our e-commerce platform is provided by Mystore.no AS and the data is stored in their cloud services at Amazon Cloud Services (AWS) data center in Ireland. 

Subcontractors 
The data controller also makes use of services provided by 3.part. Here is an overview of subcontractors where information can be stored 

Klarna:
If you pay with Klarna in the online store, personal information such as e-mail, name, address, social security number will be shared with Klarna for credit.

Gsuite by Google:
Gsuite by Google is used, among other things, for handling e-mail, documents (G Drive). Information is stored in these systems and email correspondence or documents may be stored at Gsuite by Google.

Zendesk:
Zendesk is our system for managing email and chat correspondence. All incoming and outgoing emails as well as chat dialogs are stored at Zendesk.

Mailmojo:
Maimojo is used for e-mail marketing or sending newsletters. Names and emails can be shared with Mailmojo.

Google Analytics:
Google Analytics is used for traffic analysis. IP addresses and visitor patterns are stored.

Tripletex AS:
Tripletex is our accounting system and the data necessary for bookkeeping is stored here. Typical Name/address/orders/invoice.

Logistra:
Logistra is our supplier of EDI solutions. When you shop in our webshop, information such as name, phone number and address will be shared with Logistra for the printing of waybills and transport labels.

Crall.io:
Crall is our system for managing chat correspondence, as well as features like abandoned carts, birthday congratulations, and visitor patterns. Crall.io is also used to send out order confirmations and e-mail, name and address and information related to the order confirmation is thus shared with them. Technology from Crall.io is also used to generate product recommendations. The product recommendations are based on visitor patterns and order history that are stored for up to a year.

Communication through e-mail and sms
As a customer, you will receive emails and sms about your customer relationship. For example, we will send you e-mails / sms related to orders you have placed, sms with tracking number, forgotten password, information about your customer account, etc. This is defined as legitimate interest and consent will not be requested.

We also use e-mail for marketing and communication. As a customer of LoveC, you will periodically receive newsletters as long as you have given your consent to it. It is possible to unsubscribe from newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails.

Access and correction
You are entitled to access the information registered about you. Access can also be obtained by sending an inquiry to support@LoveC.uk. If the registered information is not correct or is incomplete, you can demand that the information be corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

Storage and deletion
Data that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it is designed is deleted from our systems.

Information about the use of cookies
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer.
We use cookies, among other things, to remember your login, password in encrypted form, to improve the user experience and as part of our marketing to new customers.
When you visit our services, we set both temporary and persistent cookies. A temporary cookie is often automatically deleted when you close your browser, while persistent ones can remain on your computer for up to one year.
