1. Prices and payments
For customers ouside of Norway TAX and VAT may apply depending on your location. See your local rules.
2. Freight
Freight is included in the package price.
Always check your merchandises. If the goods are damaged under transportation, you need to tell the place of delivery the same day as the goods are received.
If the goods are not picked up by the customer, and are sent back to us, the costs will be deducted.
3. Return policy
We have a 14 days return policy for goods that are not used. If you return the goods, you will need to pay for the return.
You can contact us on support@LoveC.uk, and we will inform you where to send it.
4. Complaints
If your goods are broken, please take a picture and send us an email at support@LoveC.uk, and we will help you. You need to make the complaint within reasonable time.
Always contact us before you send back any goods.
If there are transport damage, you need to complain the same day you receive it. Ref. point 2.
